Product Strategy Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Administrative, coordination and project-based meeting arrangements, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondences and liaising with the Office the CEO, OGGP, Products team and below
  • Ensure alignment of the Products team with the Corporate framework designed by the Office of the CEO team
  • Control, monitor status, identify problems and issues, and identify root cause regarding implementation of the CEO framework to the Products team and below
  • Work closely with the Office of the CEO, OGGP, Products team and below in enhancing the existing frameworks that will make business operations more efficient in order to meet business goals
  • Monitor Task Delegations on behalf of the Products Head, follow-up and prepare compliance reports of these tasks accordingly
  • Ensure that documents sent for Products Head review coming from the Products team and below, are reviewed prior to submission to the Products Head
  • Remind and follow-up Products Head on the tasks assigned by the CEO and OG Game Producer
  • Department strategy KPI monitoring, calculating and updating and validating based on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and submit monthly calculation report with Gap analysis report based on KPI alignment
  • Meeting management under Products team (insert further details)
  • Conduct additional training to Product team and below that came from the upper management improvement training plan
  • Share concern and escalate issues to Strategy Team, OGGP and Products Head for better decision-based company goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have experience in project management and strong background in change management principles, methodologies, and tools technical management experience; ITIL Service Management Certification
  • Can communicate complex technical situations and activities in a straightforward way to non-technical people. Able to make decisions and carry out result to customer satisfaction
  • Must be self-motivated, able to take ownership of the release management process and ensure it is maintained throughout the organization
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and be accountable
