Finance Strategy Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The Finance Strategy Specialist will function as the primary bridge for the General Support and Strategy, and Business Support: Finance Department
  • The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • This position is often privy to confidential information and as such requires diplomacy and discretion.
  • The position requires the ability to lead projects from idea planning to project closure, and must be able to work under pressure at times
  • Administrative, coordination and project-based meeting arrangements, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondences and liaising with the for the General Support and Strategy, and Business Support: Finance
  • Ensure alignment of the Business Support: Finance with the Corporate framework designed by the Office of the CEO
  • Control, monitor status, identify problems and issues, and identify root cause regarding implementation of the CEO framework to the BS: Finance
  • Work closely with the General Support and Strategy in enhancing the existing frameworks that will make W Tech business operations more efficient in order to meet business goals.
  • Monitor Task Delegations on behalf of the BS: Finance Head, follow-up and prepare compliance reports of these tasks accordingly.
  • Remind and follow-up BS: Finance on the tasks assigned by the CEO and General Support and Strategy
  • Department strategy KPI monitoring, calculating, and updating and validating based on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and submit monthly calculation report with Gap analysis report based on KPI alignment.
  • Meeting management under BS: Finance
  • Conduct additional training to BS: Finance that came from the upper management improvement training plan
  • Share concern and escalate issues to Deputy Corporate Strategic Manager and Corporate Strategic Manager for better decision-based company goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance, Accounting, Management/Business  Administration, or any related
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have experience in project management and strong background in change management  principles,  methodologies, and tools technical management experience; Preferably with ITIL Service Management  Certification
  • Can communicate complex technical situations and activities in a straightforward way to non-technical people.  Able to make decisions and carry out result to customer satisfaction
  • Must be self-motivated, able to take ownership of the release management process and ensure it is maintained throughout the organization
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and be accountable
