Cage Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily/weekly/monthly cage report.
- Monthly collection.
- Monthly billing.
- Liaison with clients finance person on finance related concerns.
- Monthly promotion/marketing calculations.
- Disputes settlement if any.
- Other assigned tasks. With Business monitoring
- Clients monitoring (Levels, online, offline etc.).
- Analysis of daily/weekly/monthly business performance.
- Collaborate with BI team in monitoring business activities with business impact.
- Other assigned tasks.
- Degree in accounting, computer science is preferred
- 1 – 2 years of experience in an accounting related positions
- Proficiency in the English Language (Written and Verbal)
- Perfect proficiency in the Chinese Language (Written and Verbal)
- Strong analytical Skills
- Keen to details
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills within a multicultural business environment
- Willing to work extended hours
- Can work with minimal supervision
