Bookkeeper
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bookkeeping, recording of income and expenses.
- Preparation of cheques payment and billing statement.
- Monitor and track billing to avoid overdue expenses and payables.
- Monitor and track billing to ensure timely collection of income and receivables.
- Review and checking of liquidation report of maids, drivers, etc.
- Checking and review of computations, attachments, and other details in the billing, receipts or invoice.
- Secure required documents before the Release of Cheque Payment, Billing Statement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, etc.
- Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoice, billing statements, and other forms and documents as needed.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business with an emphasis in Accounting, Bookkeeping.
- At least 6 months working experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping.
- Must have knowledge in Bookkeeping/Basic Accounting.
- Required skill(s): keen to detail, excellent communication skills, flexible, adaptable.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
